The DESIGN 2026 Conference will take place at Hotel Croatia, Cavtat.
The conference hotel’s accommodation capacity has been reserved for the period 17–22 May 2026.

Accommodation reservations will open at the beginning of February 2026.

All accommodation and additional expenses must be settled directly at the hotel prior to check-out. A credit card guarantee is required to secure the reservation. Guests may either pay on site or make full payment in advance. Reservations cannot be confirmed without a valid credit card guarantee.

ACCOMODATION CANCELATION POLICY:

In the event of cancellation of an already confirmed accommodation reservation, specific event-related rules may apply. If no specific rules are stated in the Accommodation Reservation Form, the following general policy applies:

• Up to 15 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
• From 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged

The venue reserves the right to charge the full stay upon check-in and may also pre-authorize or block an amount on the credit card to cover additional expenses. Each venue applies its own independent policy.

The collection, processing, and use of personal data are carried out in accordance with applicable EU data protection regulations (GDPR). The Organizer collects and stores personal data necessary for the preparation and execution of the conference. Data required for credit card payments (e.g. card type, number, expiration date, and cardholder name) may also be collected and processed securely. Appropriate organizational, technical, and physical measures are applied to protect personal data. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel only. The Organizer’s servers and networks are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access. Personal contact details may be shared with third parties only where necessary for registration or accommodation management. The Organizer may disclose attendee data if required by law or official authority. The Organizer remains responsible for data processing in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
